San Francisco's C.J. Beathard not starting in Thursday's game against Oakland
San Francisco 49ers quarterback C.J. Beathard will serve as a backup in Thursday's game against the Oakland Raiders.
Beathard will be active tonight but only as backup due to his injury. The second year quarterback has reportedly been struggling to grip the football with swelling in his right hand and wrist.
If Beathard is healthy enough to start in Week 10's game against the New York Giants, our models project him for 13.96 FanDuel points.
