Rams officially list Case Keenum as inactive; Nick Foles to start
St. Louis Rams quarterback Case Keenum (concussion) is inactive Week 12 against the Cincinnati Bengals, giving the start to Nick Foles, according to Adam Caplan of ESPN.
Keenum wasn't able to clear all of the concussion protocol prior to Sunday, so the team reverts to Foles. Foles was benched for Keenum prior to Week 11.
This is an intriguing situation for the Bengals' defense and special teams in fantasy. Foles is last in the league -- by a significant margin -- in Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play of the 37 quarterbacks with at least 100 drop backs. The Bengals' defense is second in Adjusted Defensive NEP per play. If you can afford them, they are a great option in daily leagues.
