Texans cut Bruce Ellington from injured reserve list
Wide receiver Bruce Ellington was waived by the Houston Texans with an injury settlement.
What It Means:
Ellington was out with an injured hamstring and was eligible for a Week 12 return, but the addition of Demaryius Thomas made him expendable.
He caught 8 of 12 targets for 92 yards and a touchdown this season.
