Washington Redskins wide receiver Paul Richardson will not play in Week 7 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Richardson will join Jamison Crowder and Chris Thompson among the inactives for Week 7's game against the Cowboys. The Washington offense will be short handed in their important division game on Sunday.
