Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrance Williams (foot, injured reserve) has been suspended 3 games by the National Football League for violating the league's substance-abuse policy.
Williams was arrested in May for public intoxication and leaving the scene of an accident. He hasn't played since Week 3.
