Bills expect Tyrod Taylor to play in Week 12
Buffalo Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor (shoulder) "should be able to play" Week 12, Bills' coach Rex Ryan said Tuesday.
Ryan made the disclosure in a Tuesday radio interview. He had previously claimed ignorance about his quarterback's health. Taylor was clearly limited late in Monday's loss, grabbing his shoulder/collarbone area after every play.
If Taylor suits up against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 12, we project him to throw for 214 yards, 1.03 touchdowns and 0.96 picks, adding 18 yards and 0.14 touchdowns with his legs. The Chiefs rank sixth in Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points per play. Taylor has cooled of late, but he's still putting together a solid season. Among passers with 100 drop backs, Taylor ranks 14th in Passing NEP per drop back.
