Cam Newton throws 2 touchdown passes in Panthers' Week 6 loss
Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton completed 27-of-40 passes for 275 yards and 2 touchdowns and 1 interception in Sunday's 17-23 loss to the Washington Redskins.
Newton also rushed 9 times for 43 yards as the Panthers offense mostly struggled in Week 6. His day was made more difficult by D.J. Moore fumbling his first 2 receptions, and the interception went to former teammate Josh Norman.
numberFire's models projected Newton for 21.3 FanDuel points and he topped that with 24.3 on Sunday.
