Washington Redskins wide receiver Paul Richardson (knee, shoulder) is not practicing on Thursday.
Richardson and Jamison Crowder (ankle) have both sat out the first two practices of the week. Participation on Friday will likely decide whether they play against the Carolina Panthers in Week 6.
