LeSean McCoy

Eagles reportedly interested in Bills' LeSean McCoy

The Philadelphia Eagles have "reached out" to the Buffalo Bills about acquiring running back LeSean McCoy, reports Josh Reed of WIVB Buffalo.

What It Means:

It would behoove the rebuilding Bills to off a 30-year-old running back who is under contract until 2020 and the Eagles could use some help at the position after losing Jay Ajayi to a torn ACL, so a deal would make sense. McCoy spent the first six years of his career with the Eagles after they drafted him in the second round out of the University of Pittsburgh back in 2009.

McCoy is averaging 7.1 FanDuel points per game this season, with 170 rushing yards and 64 receiving yards on 55 scoreless touches. He enters Week 6 as the RB25 in numberFire's season-long fantasy rankings.
