Patriots reportedly 'in contact' with Mike Gillislee
Free agent running back Mike Gillislee has "been in contact" with the New England Patriots, Doug Kyed of NESN reports.
What It Means:
Gillislee was cut by the Patriots over the summer, before signing with the Saints. He was subsequently released by New Orleans after an unproductive 4-game stint.
Gillislee ran for 43 yards on 16 carries without a score for the Saints in 2018.
