Week 15 Trends

We're sticking with our boys LeSean McCoy and Jamaal Charles this week, as both get two of the softer defenses against the run in Week 15. McCoy will be up in Minnesota to take on the seventh-worst rush defense when we use our metrics and adjust for strength of schedule, while Charles gets Oakland, the 20th-ranked one. Both guys are matchup proof, and when they face softer defenses, they've got a higher ceiling than anyone in the game.

The algos also love the Redskins offense this week, and despite what's going on in our nation's capital, you've got to see the upside given their cheap costs this week. Atlanta's secondary is ranked last in the league according to our numbers, and the rush defense isn't much better, coming in as the third worst. You may not feel comfortable going with three in a single lineup, but know that each has upside in their individual ways (that sounded like an episode of Barney).

Eddie Lacy makes an appearance in a couple of the squads, but keep in mind that it's not 100% certain that he's going to play. Monitor that story if you end up wanting to use him.

Our lineups typically don't point out stud tight ends, mostly because the algorithms tend to choose the pricy running backs and wide receivers that are out there. But due to the cheap quarterback options, you're able to spend more at a position that, week in and week out, is very unpredictable. Not with Jimmy Graham though.

Remember, if you're entering a daily game on Thursday, you may want to shy away from choosing injury risks. Use our projections to help sort that out, or ask in the questions area of the site. And, as always, check back Sunday for updated rosters.
