Thursday Night Football: Andy Reid Seeks Revenge
Andy Reid's back in Philadelphia. Fortunately for him, the weather isn't snowball-friendly.

Andy Reid coached the Eagles to nine playoff appearances in 14 years, including trips to five NFC Championship games and a Super Bowl appearance. And yet, if you Google “Andy Reid booed” today, you find multiple hits asking whether or not Eagles fans should give him the business tonight during his reunion in Philadelphia.

I know Eagles fans are nasty, but booing The Walrus may be worse than throwing snowballs at Santa.

For the sake of Philadelphia’s fan base and reputation, I hope Reid gets a standing ovation. I fear for the worst though.

Reid’s welcome back party is just one of the many storylines entering tonight’s matchup. You’ve got a high-powered Eagles offense against one of the most surprising defenses in the young season. Who comes out on top? Well, as usual, the numbers can tell us that.
