Quarterbacks

Carson Palmer, Arizona Cardinals ($7,700)

Carson Palmer has been cleared from the concussion protocol and will make his triumphant return this week against the New York Jets and their bottom-feeding pass defense. The Jets currently rank 31 in the NFL in schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per drop back while ranking in the top five in both passing yards (1,512) and touchdowns (12) allowed on the year. Palmer returns as a massive 7.5-point favorite with the fourth-highest implied total on the board, and he should have little trouble utilizing the many offensive weapons at his disposal to dismantle the abysmal Jets' secondary.
