The 2015 season saw some dramatic shifts in how we value tight ends across the league. Jordan Reed emerged to be a fantasy force, scoring more fantasy points per game than Rob Gronkowski in points per reception (PPR) leagues. Delanie Walker became a checkdown machine for Marcus Mariota, setting career highs across the board. The emergence of Gary Barnidge having a breakout season at age 31 was one of the league's best feel-good stories of the year.
