1. Tom Brady, New England Patriots

Fourth Quarter Passing NEP: 60.04
Fourth Quarter Passing NEP per Drop Back: 0.35

Tom Brady owned the fourth quarter in 2015, you guys. Like, completely blew everyone out of the water.

Brady's 0.35 Passing NEP per drop back was 0.06 points higher than second place (Palmer), which was the same difference between Palmer and eighth-place Andy Dalton.

Whew.

Brady had both quality and quantity on his side in the fourth quarter this past year. Only seven quarterbacks threw more passes during the quarter, which allowed Brady to throw for the fourth highest yardage total (1,367). But, unlike the players ahead of him on the yardage list (Philip Rivers, Blake Bortles, Drew Brees), Brady was uber-efficient -- his 8.4 yards per attempt rate was second best in the NFL, while his 0.35 Passing NEP per drop back was undoubtedly first.
