10. Calvin Johnson, Detroit Lions

Reception NEP: 105.07

It’s sad to say, but one of the best wide receivers of our generation has entered the twilight of his career. At age 30, Calvin Johnson still put up some very productive numbers, catching 88 balls for 1,214 yards, and 9 touchdowns. But his yards per reception (13.8) were the lowest of his career, and his yards per target (8.15) were his lowest mark since 2009.

He did set a career milestone in 2015, becoming the fastest player to eclipse the 11,000 receiving yard mark for his career.

One of the biggest story lines of the NFL offseason will revolve around Megatron’s future in Detroit. Amid rumors of retirement, Johnson will count for an astronomical cap hit of $24 million in 2016. If Johnson continues playing, it’s unclear how the Lions will handle their over-priced superstar.
