Quarterback: Russell Wilson

Russell Wilson, QB, Seattle Seahawks
23 for 32, 292 Yards, 5 Touchdowns
1 Rush, 6 Yards
NEP: +29.44

After being Week 13's top quarterback by NEP, how does Russell Wilson follow that up? By repeating that feat again while throwing five touchdowns and finishing as Week 14's top quarterback.

He finished the day completing 23 of 32 attempts for 292 yards and 5 touchdowns against the Baltimore Ravens. He was a man on fire this week, shouldering the offense after Thomas Rawls broke his ankle early in the first quarter.

Wilson helped keep the chains moving in this game, recording the second-most first downs (17) he's had on the year. Following Jimmy Graham's Week 12 injury, offensive coordinator Darrell Bevell has re-calibrated his offense to cater more towards his receivers. Wilson's wide receivers have seen 66.1% of the passes over the past two weeks compared to just 52.3% over the first 12 weeks. This shift in philosophy of not heavily targeting Graham -- whose 74 targets led the team in raw targets and market share (23.9%) prior to injury -- has led to a more efficient offense. The team has scored 36.5 points per game over their last two games compared to 24.3 points in their first 11 games.

After his recent tear of incredibly efficient performances, Wilson has raised his Total NEP -- which factors in both passing and rushing -- up to the fourth-highest among all quarterbacks. His 32.3 fantasy points led all quarterbacks this week. He's put up QB3, QB1, QB3, QB1 numbers the past four games, consistently putting up high-end fantasy outings.

Among the rest of this week's top performers at quarterback, Eli Manning dazzled on Monday Night Football with an uber efficient 87.1% completion percentage to go along with 4 touchdowns while adding +18.51 to his NEP. Cam Newton and the Panthers blanked the Atlanta Falcons 38-0, as Newton played a major role in the win. He's thrown one interception in his last five games, while scoring 16 touchdowns. Drew Brees showed up well on the road this week, eclipsing the 300-yard mark and tossing a pair of touchdowns. Both Ryan Fitzpatrick and Kirk Cousins have outplayed preseason expectations, and both scored multiple touchdowns in Week 14.
