Brock Osweiler ($6,900)

Brock Osweiler hasn't blown anyone away with fantasy production since taking over for Peyton Manning, but he has played solidly. He has posted 0.15 Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per drop back, which ranks 15th among the 39 quarterbacks to record at least 100 drop backs on the year.

He also hasn't been seeing particularly favorable matchups. The defenses he faced ranked, going into their games, 12th (New England), 23rd (Chicago), and 12th (Kansas City) in schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play. This week's matchup will be his easiest yet, going up against a San Diego defense that ranks 27th against the pass.

San Diego has given up 15-plus fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in 5 of their last 6 games. While Osweiler doesn't offer a ton of upside, the Broncos' offense has been fairly pedestrian, and Vegas only gives them an implied total of 23.5 this week, he offers a safe floor and solid value.
