High-Cost Option: Drew Brees $7,000

Despite Drew Brees and the Saints offense experiencing a down year, Brees has been able to hit the 300-yard benchmark in four of five games while throwing for multiple touchdowns in two of his last three. The Colts have yielded those exact numbers, as quarterbacks have averaged 322.3 yards and 2 touchdowns in their last four games against Indy. Facing a Colts defense surrendering the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks in a dome setting, Brees should be able to hit value in this week's highest projected scoring game.

Mid-Cost Option: Carson Palmer $6,700

Carson Palmer has been money all season, reaching 20 or more fantasy points in each game outside of Week 5's 42-17 blowout over Detroit -- a game in which he threw 3 touchdowns before letting the running game take over. Baltimore's defense just allowed Colin Kaepernick (25.6) and Josh McCown (38.5) to put up fantasy points at will against them, and Palmer will be next in line. Ranking third in Passing NEP among all quarterbacks, Palmer has been both efficient and productive and will be a great option once again if you're looking to invest in mid-cost quarterbacks this week.

Low-Cost Option: Ryan Fitzpatrick $5,200

At only $5,200 Ryan Fitzpatrick and his glorious beard are a terrific value play if looking to allocate your money elsewhere than the quarterback position. Facing the New England Patriots, Fitzpatrick gets to take on a secondary allowing the fifth-most points allowed to opposing quarterbacks. Coming off the heels of his best performance yet -- 19 of 26 for 253 passing yards and 3 total touchdowns, good for 26.2 fantasy points -- Fitzpatrick faces great odds at hitting value in a potential game script that will likely force the Jets to pass.

GPP Wildcard: Cam Newton $6,600

Despite limited weapons around him, Cam Newton has once again proven to be a quality fantasy quarterback based on matchups. Newton gets to face a Philadelphia defense that he has had success against in the past. He has thrown for over 300 yards and multiple touchdowns in the two games he's played against them in his career. Newton's legs always provide a mismatch for opposing defenses and a nice fantasy floor for owners, as he's rushed for at least 30 yards in each game this season. Newton is always a bit more of a risk, but he's the kind of risk that can vault you up the leaderboard in tournaments if things break Carolina's way.
