Nick Foles ($6,500)

Despite a solid performance to open the season, ranking 10th among quarterbacks in fantasy scoring, Nick Foles is still deeply discounted. His $6,500 salary ranks only 30th among quarterbacks.

Foles threw for 297 yards, 1 touchdown and no interceptions against the Seahawks defense, which is one of the better units in the league despite being without Kam Chancellor. Washington is a huge step down in competition from the Seahawks. Their 0.27 Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play in 2014 is the third lowest total in our database, which dates back to 2000, and they gave up the most fantasy points to quarterbacks in 2014.

Foles should once again post solid fantasy numbers, and with such a low salary he offers great value this week.
