We always hear the term "potential," but for potential to be reached, opportunity must meet talent. In some cases the talent is there, but the situation just isn't conducive to growth. Whether the transition is from fringe fantasy starter to bonafide number-one option, or solid QB1 to top-three status, there are certain quarterbacks who have ideal situations and definitely the talent to make make great improvements on their 2014 campaign.
