Pierre Thomas, RB, New Orleans Saints

It's seems to be a great idea every week to target any running back going up against the Atlanta Falcons. They rank dead last in the NFL in fantasy points given up to the position. While Pierre Thomas ($3,800) isn't the lead option in New Orleans, he can still be valuable on a full PPR site like DraftKings, given his ability to catch passes out of the backfield.

Thomas ranks 11th amongst all running backs in terms of Reception Net Expected Points (NEP), proving his value as a receiver. He's also been seeing some decent volume in that area. Just last week, he caught 5 passes totaling 83 yards, including a couple of big gainers (39 and 31 yards). Thomas has posted five double-digit fantasy performances on DraftKings this season in just 10 games. That's not bad for someone that doesn't get many carries. He's also been relatively consistent over his last four games with two performances over 11 points, and another at 9.2. He's really only posted one dud (5.7 points in Week 13) over the last few weeks.

Not to mention, the Saints are at home, and Thomas has posted three of his five double-digit performances in the Superdome. While Thomas is obviously not an option in a cash game, he could be an under-the-radar play in a GPP.
