Don't Draft These 10 Guys

Peyton Manning, QB, Denver Broncos

Yes, I know what he did last year. Yes, I know how good the Broncos can be if they're operating at their potential.

I also know that Peyton Manning is 38. I also know there was a six month stretch where it was very much a question of whether or not he would ever play football again. I also know that - even more so than other quarterbacks - he's one good hit from spending his time laughing next to Boomer Esiason in a studio.

His current ADP of 11 is absolutely set on the basis that he can repeat his statistics from last year. Do you know how many others passers have had years better than him since 2000? One.

Last year was unsustainable, and people are paying the premium for it this year. Save this pick, get a stud running back, and use the late rounds to draft someone like Tony Romo or Philip Rivers. When the injuries happen, you're going to be glad you've got the depth.
