Fantasy Football: 3 Bold Predictions for Week 16

Drew Brees is going to laugh in the face of those who have started to doubt him following his recent performances. What other unexpected outcomes should we look for in Week 16?

It's Week 16, so you all know what that means -- it's the fantasy championships. Hopefully you all made the finals in your leagues, but, if not, there's always next year.

If you are out of contention in your leagues but are still looking for fun ways to engage with this weekend's games, bold predictions are a great way to do just that. They're a great exercise to keep you flexing those fantasy muscles into the postseason.

They're especially fun when you get them right -- which we didn't do last week. Robby Anderson was 4 yards shy of the 100 yards we predicted he'd have, but he did score. David Njoku only managed 4.5 fantasy points against the Denver Broncos. That's not a lot and certainly didn't meet our expectations, but with tight end scoring down across the board in Week 15 he probably (hopefully) didn't lose you any games. Dalvin Cook hit half of our prediction -- he set a career high in rushing yardage with 136 yards on the ground. The Minnesota Vikings didn't end up throwing many passes, though, so his receiving production was understandably low. And lastly -- well, I'd just rather not talk about Chris Godwin.

So we struck out, but we were close. We're going to build on that this week. Here are three more bold predictions for Week 16.
