Coming off a loss to the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football, the Green Bay Packers are back home and in a prime bounce back spot against the Arizona Cardinals.

The Packers are 14.5-point favorites against the 2-9 Cardinals, a team that has allowed the second most fantasy points to opposing defenses. Following the Cardinals' Week 9 bye, two of the past three defenses to face Arizona have posted a top-8 fantasy finish. The only team not to have a good week against Josh Rosen and the Cardinals was the Oakland Raiders.

It's been a rough rookie season for Rosen. Leading the league's worst offense, per numberFire's metrics, Rosen has committed too many turnovers and he's taken a lot of sacks. Despite only starting 8 games, he has thrown 11 interceptions, fourth-most among all quarterbacks. He has also been sacked 23 times over his 8 starts.

Rosen could be in for another rough outing Sunday against a Packers defense that ranks third in the league in sacks (36). As big home favorites against a turnover prone quarterback, the Packers are a great streaming option in Week 13.
