5 Daily Fantasy Football Matchups to Exploit in Week 11

Check out the list of running backs available to you. Not only do all of the high-priced guys have amazing usage, but they're also in spots that border on being too good to be true.

The slobber will fly while thinking about these guys. You may slam your head through the computer screen out of pure joy. Spiking your phone is encouraged. With how good the landscape is at running back, nobody will fault you for getting a hair overzealous and setting your preferred device ablaze.

This is going to make filling out lineups this weekend a blast. We get to use exciting players who are in good spots, and all of them have a shot to completely blow up.

But it's not all sunshine and daisies up in here.

Having all of these amazing high-cost backs presents us with a couple of issues. First, we have to figure out which of these guys we're going to prioritize. Even if we plug a running back into our flex spot, we still can max out at just three per lineup. That's a limitation to our creativity.

Second, we have to figure out how we're going to afford those studs. If we're spending up there, we've got to scrounge for cash somewhere else, and without a ton of injuries affecting the main slate, that's likely easier said than done.

Admittedly, these are all good problems to have. It's far better to have too many good plays than to have not enough. But we're going to have to work hard to sift through all this and build the best lineups possible.

One potential aid -- both in prioritizing the stud running backs and in identifying value elsewhere -- is looking at matchups. Specifically, we'll be using numberFire's Net Expected Points (NEP), the metric we use to track the efficiency of both teams and players. NEP looks at the expected points added or subtracted on each play, quantifying the immense difference between a three-yard completion on 3rd and 2 and a three-yard completion on 3rd and 4. Matchups aren't at the top of our list in cranking out these rankings, but they certainly can help.
