Not all teams have the luxury of Week 8 being "halfway". Very few teams have locked up a playoff spot, and while there are certainly some long-shots, it's hard to be mathematically eliminated from the playoffs in most leagues at this stage.

There's still time to turn your season around -- time to find the right players to plug in to your lineup while you deal with bye weeks or to replace your injured or under-performing stars.

Of course, even the best teams aren't a lock to be playing a meaningful game in Week 16. With how much the NFL changes week-to-week, you can't afford to get complacent with your roster.
