The Dallas Cowboys come off the bye week to face the Tennessee Titans, who are also coming back from a bye week after facing the Los Angeles Chargers in London in Week 8.

The Cowboys are 6.5-point home favorites in this matchup, which has an over/under of just 41.0-points -- the lowest in Week 9. The Titans' implied point total is 17.25, also the lowest on the Week 9 slate.

Although the Titans offense showed some life over in London, they rank as the league's seventh-worst unit, per numberFire metrics. Each of the past three teams to face the Titans have come away with a top-12 fantasy finish, including the Baltimore Raven, who, in Week 6, finished as the top overall defense behind 11 sacks of Marcus Mariota.

In and out of the lineup this year with an elbow injury, Mariota has started five games for the Titans and in those games, he's been sacked 18 times and committed 5 turnovers. He's thrown for just three touchdowns, while adding one rushing touchdown.

The Cowboys' defense ranks as the league's fourth-best, per numberFire metrics, and they could be in line for a big fantasy day in Week 9, facing a Titans offense that has struggled through the first half of the season.
