Case Keenum, QB, Denver Broncos

Plugging Case Keenum into your lineup may not give you a ton of confidence, but with a primo matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 8, he is in position for a big week off the wire.

Keenum has had a disappointing first season with Denver, but there have been enough bright spots lately to give hope for Week 8. In two of his last three games, he has logged at least 24.5 fantasy points as he has thrown for at least 322 yards and 2 touchdowns both times. The common theme in those games has been volume. Keenum attempted an average of 46 passes in Weeks 5 and 6 since the Broncos were trailing in both games. Sunday's game in Kansas City will follow a similar script as the Chiefs are 10-point favorites.

The Chiefs also struggle to reign in passing games, providing Keenum with another boost. KC gives up the second most passing yards per game (317.0) with three quarterbacks surpassing the 400-yard mark against them this season. Not surprisingly they rank in the bottom-six of fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks.
