On a pretty good week, at least on paper, for quarterback streamers, Joe Flacco sits atop the heap thanks to a home matchup with the New Orleans Saints. After playing like one of the NFL's top defenses in 2017, the Saints have struggled on that side of the ball this year, ranking as the fifth-worst pass D, per our schedule-adjusted metrics.
The Saints have allowed the third-most fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and the Baltimore Ravens are installed as 2.5-point favorites. Flacco's fantasy stock always gets a boost in games in which Baltimore is a home favorite, because he's been a much better performer in those situations throughout his career.
