3 Fantasy Football Quarterback Streaming Options for Week 5
Matched up against an exploitable Chiefs defense, Blake Bortles could be in for a boom performance. Which other signal-callers should you scoop up off the waiver wire this week?

Blake Bortles, Jacksonville Jaguars

When Blake Bortles on the road against an unbeaten team is the top streamer of the week, it's not a pretty week for low-owned signal callers. But the situation here is much better than it may appear at first glance.

While the Kansas City Chiefs are rolling, their defense has struggled mightily this season, checking in as the worst overall D and the third-worst pass defense by our schedule-adjusted metrics. They're a superb matchup to target in fantasy as they are allowing the fifth-most points to opposing quarterbacks.

On top of that, not only has Bortles been putting up quality fantasy numbers this season -- QB12 through four weeks -- he's been a solid fantasy option over the last three years, ranking as the (starting with 2017) QB13, QB9, and QB4 in that span.

Jacksonville's 24.0-point implied total is pretty solid, and our models rank Bortles as this week's QB10. On a week without many good options, Bortles is the clear-cut top streamer.
