3 FanDuel Defenses to Target in Week 4
An underrated Seattle defense gets a chance to flex their muscles against Arizona and rookie quarterback Josh Rosen on Sunday. What other D/ST are we looking at for DFS in Week 4?

Seattle Seahawks

FanDuel Price: $4,400
numberFire Projection: 8.9 FanDuel points

The offseason departures of Richard Sherman and Kam Chancellor left the Seattle Seahawks' defense a shell of what they used to be. Through three games, though, that shell has stepped up, scoring the seventh-most FanDuel points (29) in the NFL. Despite the Legion of Boom no longer being together, the 'Hawks are still getting it done with pass defense.

The defense ranks in the top 10 in passing yards allowed per game (215.3). They also have the most interceptions in the league (seven) while QBs have the seventh-lowest yards per attempt. Our schedule-adjusted metrics have the Seattle pass defense ranked as the sixth-best unit in the league. Week 4 will be strength versus weakness, as Seattle takes on rookie quarterback Josh Rosen and the anemic Arizona Cardinals' passing offense on Sunday.

Through three games, the Cardinals have scored only 20 points (6.7 per game) while averaging just 132.0 yards passing. It's no wonder the team made the switch to Rosen, but the former UCLA Bruin should not be expected to work miracles in his first NFL start.

The 21-year-old will still be prone to mistakes as he adjusts to the speed of the NFL game. In his brief stint against the Bears in Week 3, he went 4-for-7 (57.1%) for 36 yards and 1 interception. He would have thrown two picks, but a penalty nullified the second one.

Even with the new signal caller, Arizona carries an implied point total of just 17.75 points, the third-lowest of the Week 4 slate.
