Heading into Week 3, the number-two tight end in fantasy is, you guessed it, Jesse James.

The Pittsburgh Steelers' tight end is coming off a massive 5-catch, 138-yard, 1-score game versus the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday. He caught all five of his targets in the contest, making it the second consecutive week he received at least five looks.

James leads all tight ends with 198 receiving yards on 8 catches this season. While he saw his playing time reduced in Week 2 with a healthy Vance McDonald playing, James still played over 50% of the available snaps on Sunday. With a tasty matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers looming in Week 3, James is worth a stream even with the playing time split.

The Bucs have allowed the second-most passing yards -- 376.5 per game -- this season and rank 27th and 28th in our overall D and pass defense rankings. Even as they won against the Philadelphia Eagles last Sunday, they gave up big points to the tight end position, allowing Zach Ertz to catch 11 passes for 94 yards. Overall, they have given up the sixth-most standard league fantasy points to tight ends as they have allowed 210 receiving yards to the position (second-most) through two games.
