The price is tempting here for a back who got the majority of snaps in Week 1, but Jamaal Williams has way more negatives attached to his name than the positive of being on the field regularly.

Williams' 62% snap rate was certainly lower than expected due to Ty Montgomery siphoning pass game work with the Packers trailing for most of the game, and that should be a major concern again this week. Negative game-script figures to be a factor in a tough matchup against the Minnesota Vikings, especially if Aaron Rodgers (knee) sits out or is hobbled, and the Green Bay offense should have problems moving the football, further reducing Williams' role.

The Vikings allowed just 88 yards on 23 carries (3.8 yards per carry) last week against the 49ers, and Green Bay running backs averaged just 3.4 yards per attempt in their two meetings with Minnesota last season. There are better options if you are looking to go cheap at the position this week, especially in full-point PPR formats (welcome back Chris Thompson).
