The 10 Least Efficient Wide Receivers in 2017
When it comes to efficiency, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Breshad Perriman didn't have a great year. Which other wideouts joined him?

10. Kenny Britt, Cleveland Browns/New England Patriots

43 targets, 20 receptions, 255 yards, 2 touchdowns

-0.15 Target NEP per target

Kenny Britt wasn't quite able to justify the high expectations there were for him after signing with the Cleveland Browns. Despite seeing 18 combined targets in Weeks 3 and 4, he only caught 6 passes for 106 yards and a touchdown.

Britt couldn't even stay on the Browns' roster for the whole season, getting released on December 8th before getting signed by the New England Patriots. He saw just five targets in three games for the team, finishing with just 2 catches for 23 yards.

Although he was far from stellar with the Browns, it is notable that of the five Cleveland receivers with at least 30 targets, four of them posted a negative Target NEP per target. Of the 29 quarterbacks with at least 300 drop backs this year, DeShone Kizer's -0.17 Passing NEP per drop back ranked 29th.
