Quarterback

Nick Foles, Philadelphia Eagles

Week 15 Salary: $6,000
Week 16 Salary: $7,300

It was plainly obvious that Nick Foles was underpriced at $6,000 last week in his first start for the Philadelphia Eagles since November of 2014. The matchup against the New York Giants was an ideal way to ease into the season, and his price adjusted $1,300 upwards because of it. Though this week's matchup is slightly more difficult, the Oakland Raiders defense shouldn't scare him or anybody choosing to use him this week in DFS.

The Raiders have given up the fifth-fewest FanDuel points to quarterbacks over the last three weeks. However, that number seems better than it actually is. They got a gift playing against Geno Smith in Week 13, Alex Smith was having a monster day, but his receivers kept dropping the ball in the end zone, and Dak Prescott was decent, but not up to his early-season standards. This low output didn't confuse out algorithms, which still rank the Raiders 31st against the pass this season when adjusted for strength of schedule.

There are a couple of reasons why people might shy away from Foles this week. The Eagles are nine-point favorites, so it's conceivable that they go up big early and rely on the run game heavily in the second half. Secondly, if the Minnesota Vikings somehow lose to the beaten down Green Bay Packers, then the Eagles will have wrapped up home field advantage and could rest players.

Neither of these are worries, though.

The Eagles have an implied total of 28.25, so even if they take it down a notch in the second half, Foles should have already hit two times value fairly easily. Secondly, while it's conceivable that the Eagles rest some players, does it make sense to rest their starting quarterback who has all of one game under his belt this season? No way. Foles should play at least till midway through the fourth quarter, no matter the result of the Minnesota game. If you're playing a slate that includes the Monday games, Foles is solid in every format.

Other Big Movers

Brett Hundley, Green Bay Packers: $6,800 > $6,000 (He's back under center with Aaron Rodgers out. Even at $6,000, he's to be avoided against the Vikings.)

Brock Osweiler, Denver Broncos: $6,000 > $6,700 (LOL)

Joe Flacco, Baltimore Ravens: $6,800 > $7,400 (He has a decent matchup here, and more people will probably use him than they should. Expect the run game and defense to dominate, not Flacco.)

Russell Wilson, Seattle Seahawks: $8,400 > $9,000 (If the Hawks lose, they're out of the playoff race. Expect Wilson to come out firing.)
