Charles Clay had a disappointing Week 14 from a fantasy perspective, but a lot of that could be attributed to the conditions, as the two teams -- the Buffalo Bills and Indianapolis Colts -- barely combined for over 150 passing yards. There could be inclement weather in Buffalo again this weekend, but it doesn't look nearly as bad as what we saw last week.

Assuming that passing conditions are back to somewhat normal for this one, Clay could be in for a streamable game against his former team. The Miami Dolphins rank 20th against the pass, according to our opponent-adjusted Net Expected Points (NEP) metric and have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing tight ends.

Clay led all Bills skill position players with an 87% snap rate, while his 5 targets trailed only Kelvin Benjamin. With Benjamin's status for this week still up in the air, Clay could be looking at even more targets. He is a strong streaming option in all formats.
