The Dallas Cowboys have been a great fantasy matchup to target when you're looking at quarterbacks.

They rank bottom-10 in numberFire's Adjusted Defensive Passing Eli Manning is back under center for the New York Giants after a bizarre one-week benching, and while he's not exactly tearing things up from a fantasy standpoint, he has proven to at least be competent. So, he's capable of thriving in a plus matchup like this one.

Manning has a pair of games with 24-plus fantasy points. He had a couple of poor showings before his benching, but he has tossed multiple touchdowns in 5 of his 11 starts. He's not exactly a high-upside option, but with Dallas' struggles against the pass, Eli does make for a viable streaming option here.
