Recommending Blake Bortles as a streaming quarterback always feels a bit dirty, but the Jacksonville Jaguars signal caller has been surprisingly careful with the football, throwing just 8 interceptions all year after averaging 17.0 per season his first three years. Bortles also gets to face the 31st-ranked Indianapolis Colts pass defense, according to our metrics, this Sunday.
