The Jacksonville Jaguars are a weekly target for us since they're the best defense in the league and this week, they draw another soft matchup in the Indianapolis Colts.

These two teams last played in Week 7, and Jacksonville sacked Jacoby Brissett a whopping 10 times while posting a shutout in their 27-0 win in Indianapolis. The Jaguars finished as the third-best FanDuel defense in that week, and since that matchup, no team facing the Colts has finished worse than ninth in weekly scoring on FanDuel.

Now the Jaguars get to face the Colts at home, and Brissett continues to be the most sacked quarterback in the league. Brissett has taken 43 sacks over his 10 starts, including nine games in which he's been sacked multiple times. In addition to sacks, we're looking for turnovers to generate fantasy points for our defenses, and Brissett has been generous in that category, as well. He's committed at least one turnover in 7 of 10 starts.

Vegas has the Jaguars as a 9.5-point home favorite this week, the second-largest spread of the week. The Colts implied team total is just 15.5 points, and in a game that Jacksonville should control, the Jags' defense is set up for another big week.
