There are a ton of cheap quarterbacks on this week's slate. Rather than taking a risk with Geno Smith since the Giants' coaching staff also wants to get a look at Davis Webb or playing Jimmy Garoppolo against a Chicago Bears team that is allowing bottom-10 fantasy production to the position, the budget quarterback you should have your eye on is Brett Hundley.

Hundley is coming off his best fantasy performance of the season, having notched 22.4 FanDuel points against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 12. While he has been struggling as a passer, he's had a couple of encouraging performances recently, with adjusted yards per attempt marks of 9.28 and 11.73 in two of his last three games. His poor game in that stretch came in a tough matchup against the Baltimore Ravens, who rank second in numberFire's Adjusted Defensive Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per play metric.

He also draws an excellent matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who rank 30th against the pass and have allowed the league's sixth-most FanDuel points per game to opposing quarterbacks.
