Week 11 Fantasy Football Market Share Report: Samaje Perine Reemerges

One of the most difficult tasks in fantasy football is weighing volume versus efficiency. And if you've got it figured out, then you should be writing this instead of me.

The appeal of both is superbly obvious. If you get boatlods of opportunities, you're going to stumble your way into fantasy points, no matter how bad your talent or situation may be. But if you're efficient, you don't need that much volume to post some sweet, sweet totals.

Ideally, we'd be able to snag players who can combine these two. But we're heading into Week 12 now, so all those guys are either already rostered in season-long or priced out of their minds in DFS. So we have to be willing to accept some lumps here. Perfection is a fairy tale this deep into the year.

This forces us to ask ourselves some tough questions going forward: can a player's volume overcome his talent or situation? Do those things even matter when the pickings are so slim?

Before we can even get to that question, though, we first have to identify which players will be getting that volume. We can do a lot of that with the help of numberFire's daily fantasy tools.
