8 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 11

Jay Cutler, QB, Miami Dolphins

Jay Cutler has been even worse than Bortles, ranking 24th in Passing NEP per drop back, and those real-world struggles have him available in a much higher percentage of leagues than he should be based off his fantasy production.

Cutler has tossed multiple touchdowns in each of his last four games, averaging a solid 15.6 fantasy points in that span, and an especially strong 19.4 per game over his last two. It doesn't look to be a coincidence that his two best fantasy games of the season have come since DeVante Parker returned, either -- he's found a lot of success throwing to him.

He's unlikely to slow down much against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who have allowed top-10 fantasy production to opposing quarterbacks and rank bottom-10 in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play.
