Blake Bortles, QB, Jacksonville Jaguars

Blake Bortles serves as a constant reminder that a quarterback doesn't need to play well from a real-world perspective to be a strong fantasy option.

He has shown some improvement this season, but his 0.11 Passing Net Expected Points (NEP) per drop back still ranks only 17th among the 32 quarterbacks with at least 200 drop backs.

Despite this, he has 15-plus fantasy points in each of his last four games, with finishes as the QB15, QB15, QB16 and QB13 in that time. This stretch included three games against teams that have allowed below-average fantasy production to quarterbacks, and he finds himself in a much better spot this week.

The Cleveland Browns rank 30th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play while giving up top-five fantasy production to quarterbacks. Even if Bortles' volume falls with Leonard Fournette back in the lineup, the increase in efficiency this matchup should afford him means he remains a solid fantasy option.
