Blake Bortles, Jacksonville Jaguars

Blake Bortles hasn't been good this year, but he hasn't been terrible, either. Sure, the Jacksonville Jaguars aren't asking him to do much, but Bortles isn't costing them games, posting a career-best 2.5% interception rate.

His fantasy production has been pretty solid of late as he's scored between 16 and 18 fantasy points in each of the Jags' past three games, averaging a not-irrelevant 21.7 rushing yards per outing during that span. (Jags had their bye in Week 8.)

Bortles gets a dreamy matchup this week on the road against the Cleveland Browns.

Cleveland is pretty much an ideal team to target for passing goodness. The Browns are very good against the run -- fourth-best in the league, per our schedule-adjusted metrics -- so teams are forced to air it out. Cleveland isn't nearly as strong against the pass, allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game to opposing signal callers and checking in with the fifth-worst pass defense, according to our numbers.

Jacksonville is a 7.5-point road favorite -- tied for the second-largest spread of the week -- with a decent 22.5-point implied total. So this is a game Vegas expects the Jags to control, and Jacksonville will probably have to do something other than hand it to Leonard Fournette to have success moving the ball.

It all adds up to Bortles being our 12th-ranked quarterback for Week 11 as we project him for 16.89 fantasy points.
