With Russell Wilson, Dak Prescott, Tyrod Taylor, and Andy Dalton on bye weeks, the waiver wire is left thin for quarterback streamers. With a matchup against the Tennessee Titans on the slate for the Indianapolis Colts, Jacoby Brissett enters the conversation as viable streaming option, especially in deep leagues.

This season, the Titans have given up the 3rd-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. Their pass defense also ranks as the 4th-worst unit in the NFL, according to our metrics. In Weeks 3 and 4, against the Titans, Wilson and Deshaun Watson posted two of the top four fantasy quarterback performances of the year, both throwing for 4 touchdowns and at least 283 yards.
