Even as the Cincinnati Bengals sit at 0-3, their defense has flown under the radar.

According to numberFire metrics, the Bengals defense has been the ninth-best unit through three weeks and they're coming off a game against Green Bay where they sacked Aaron Rodgers six times. It's their second multi-sack game of the year after getting to Deshaun Watson three times in Week 2.

Now in Week 4, the Bengals take on the Cleveland Browns, led by DeShone Kizer, a quarterback whose already been sacked 10 times, the sixth most in the league. Even though Kizer's play has been promising, he's committed at least one turnover in every game. Over the last two weeks specifically, Kizer has committed seven turnovers, which includes six interceptions and one fumble.

The Bengals are currently a three-point road favorite in what is projected to be a low scoring game. This matchup has an over/under of just 40, the second lowest of the week. The Browns have an implied team total of 18.5, which is the third lowest on the slate.

Behind their defense, the Bengals might just notch their first win of the season in Week 4 and provide solid production for fantasy owners.
