Week 3 Fantasy Football Defensive Streaming: Fly Eagles Fly

The Philadelphia Eagles host Eli Manning and the winless New York Giants in Week 3. Which other defenses are in a great spot for fantasy football this week?

Thanks to some poor play from offensive lines and quarterbacks across the league, defenses have had a field day through the season's first two weeks. This has led to some big fantasy days for defenses, which has made streaming them awfully productive.

Last week, two of the teams we featured in this column, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Baltimore Ravens finished as the top two defensive scorers on the week. Our third option, the Oakland Raiders finished ninth in weekly scoring, rounding out a successful week.

If you haven't been following previously, we use this column to search the waiver wire and identify low-owned teams set up with a great matchup to give you an edge each week. The focus will be on teams owned in about 50% or under in both ESPN and Yahoo leagues. Our goal is to identify teams poised to finish as a top-12 scorer.

Here are three defenses that you can scoop up off the waiver wire and play in Week 3.
