This week's Indianapolis Colts-Cleveland Browns clash in Indy gives us two delightful streaming options. We'll hit up the other sideline in a minute, but let's first hone in on Jacoby Brissett, who's getting another start with Andrew Luck already ruled out.

We barely have any data to work with, but Brissett has looked respectable in his brief time with the Colts. In one relief appearance and one start, he's completed 22 of 40 passes for 267 yards, no touchdowns and 1 interception. Not bad, especially considering he's been with Indianapolis for about a half hour and those two outings came against the solid defenses of the Los Angeles Rams and Arizona Cardinals.

What's really enticing about Brissett, though, is his running ability. He ran six times for 22 yards in Week 2, which brings his career totals to 22 carries for 105 yards and 1 score in five appearances (three starts). Quarterbacks who can rack up points on the ground are like a cheat code.

All that stuff is good and well, but what we're here for is the home matchup with the Browns. Through two weeks, Cleveland has the league's fifth-worst pass defense, per our metrics, and they ranked last against the pass in 2016.

On a week without any high-ceiling streamers, at least on paper, Brissett's running ability, matchup and surrounding weapons (T.Y. Hilton, Jack Doyle and Donte Moncrief) give him a stable floor. Our models have Brissett as this week's QB20.
