Jared Cook, Oakland Raiders

Last year's playoffs showed what Jared Cook at tight end can do, as he led the Green Bay Packers in targets with 32. He'll have stiff competition for looks in his first year with the Oakland Raiders, but Cook has shown that's not a major obstacle.

After Cook's return from injury in Week 11, through the end of Green Bay's playoff run, he commanded a 19.51% target market share while playing alongside guys like Jordy Nelson, Davante Adams, and Randall Cobb. While both Amari Cooper and Michael Crabtree deserve major respect, Cook may actually be in a better situation for targets now than he was last year.

On top of that, he stays in an efficient offense that will generate points, which is exactly what we need at a touchdown-dependent position. The Raiders are numberFire's seventh-ranked offense entering the season, with the eighth-best passing attack. He's going to have opportunities to score points.

Cook may struggle in transitioning to his new team, so the floor isn't what draws us here; it's all about ceiling. And as Cook has shown for spurts in the past, he has the ability to generate some nice numbers there. —Jim Sannes
